Amulet of Lesser Mana Recovery

This spiraling pendant is made of three magic-sensitive panes of carefully cut dragonshard, with each piece being cut from a different variety of dragonshard. If you can cast spells, you can use the amulet as a spellcasting focus while you're attuned to it.

You can take a Magic action to recover expended spell slots. The spell slots can have a combined level equal to no more than three, and none of the slots can be above level 2. For example, you can recover either one level 2 spell slot and one level 1 spell slot, or else you can regain three level 1 spell slots instead.

Once you use the amulet, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
