This spiraling pendant is made of three magic-sensitive panes of carefully cut dragonshard, with each piece being cut from a different variety of dragonshard. If you can cast spells, you can use the amulet as a spellcasting focus while you're attuned to it.
You can take a Magic action to recover expended spell slots. The spell slots can have a combined level equal to no more than five, and none of the slots can be above level 3. For example, you can recover either one level 3 spell slot and two level 1 spell slots, or else you can regain one level 2 spell slot and three level 1 spell slots instead, or any other combination that equals no more than five spell slots.
Once you use the amulet, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
