Amulet of the Fey Fairy's Gift

When you wear this amulet, and you gain the following benefits:

•  Creature Type. You are considered Fey in addition to your other creature types and races.
•  Sylvan. You know Slyvan.
•  Friend of Feykind. You have Advantage on Cha(Persuasion) checks made to interact with Fey creature types.
•  Flight. You gain wings, you have a innate flying speed of 45 feet. You can’t use this flying speed if you’re wearing medium or heavy armor.
•  Fey Wisdom. Your Wisdom increases by 2.
•  Fey Beauty. Your Charisma increases by 3.
•  Fey Reflexes. Your Dexterity increases by 3.
•  Darkvision. You have 15 feet of Darkvision.
•  Fey Charged. This amulet has 4 charges, you can use 1 charge to cast the following spells: Detect Evil and Good at 1st lvl, or Dispel Magic at 3rd lvl. Every dawn you regain 1d4 charges back.
•  Fey Expertise. You get +2 to your Spell Save DC.
•  Helping Hand. You gain the ability to cast the Mage Hand cantrip at will.
•  Hard To See. You have Advantage on Stealth checks.
•  Hard to Hit. All ranged attacks and ranged spell attacks have Disadvantage to hit you.
•  Tight Fit. You can squeeze through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide.

Fey Curse. This amulet is cursed by fey magic, but is only revealed when you wear it. When the Identify spell, Remove Curse spell or similar magics is cast on this amulet, The player casting that spell must make a Int(Arcana) or Wis(Religion) check(DC 35) to reveal or remove the curse.

You gain the following Drawbacks:

•  Bonded Curse. Dying or resurrecting doesn't end this curse from this amulet, and the amulet cannot be removed from your neck by any means.
•  Size. Your height is now 1 to 2 feet tall, your weight is now 5 to 10 pounds, your size and carrying capacity is now Tiny.
•  Tiny. Your Strength decreases by 6.
•  Fragile. Your Constitution decreases by 2.
•  Little Trickster. Your alignment shifts to Chaotic Neutral.
•  Tiny Legs. Your walk speed is 10 feet.
•  Tiny Arms. Your melee weapon attack DC is reduced by 3.
•  Nothing Fits. When you first wear this amulet the only things that shrinks to your size is your attuned items, clothes, and your spellcasting focus.
•  Weakling. Most basic actions such as pulling levers, opening doors, Etc. now require a Str(Athletics) check. You are also unable to interact with objects designed for creatures sizes large or greater.
•  Lightweight. You have Disadvantage on strength saves against forced movement and disadvantage on Str(Athletics) checks when using the shove Action.

If you wear this amulet for 20 days this amulet gains the following effects:

•  Fey Foolishness. Only a Wish spell can rid you of the curse from this amulet.

If you wear this amulet for 60 days this amulet gains the following effects:

•  Fey Forever. You're forever changed. Not even the divine can rid you of this fey curse.
•  Bad Feeling. The amulet makes a exact copy of itself with 1d4 charges somewhere else on the same plane.
