Born a tiefling in the slums, Arisia used this mysterious amulet to disguise herself as human and slip her way into elite society, eventually falling in love with a nobleman. The constant pressure of maintaining her disguise slowly drove her mad, and the whole facade fell apart when she gave birth to a Tiefling. Although Arisia is dead, the magic of her talisman remains.
While wearing this necklace, you can use your Action to assume the disguise of a human of your size and a general approximation of your features (You cannot assume the form of another person or race.). You have Advantage on any Deception, Performance, Persuasion, or Stealth ability checks that involve your appearance while in human guise. The magic requires some amount of mental focus to work. As such, you must drop the guise to perform any spell that require Concentration, and your attacks are Disadvantaged while disguised.
