The radiant weapon of the Valkatrix, Arclight was first forged in the silvered forges of the Celestial Bastion and carried by the champions of the Order of the Argent Shroud. Its polished haft gleams like moonlight on still water, and its blade burns with a steady, ethereal glow that never flickers. When wielded in battle, Arclight is said to sing — a pure note that pierces both shadow and silence alike.

1st-Level Evocation (unique to Arclight)
A silvery beam of pale light shines down in a 5-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder centered on you. You float three feet off the ground at the center of the radiance. Until the effect ends, dim light fills the cylinder, and you can use your Magic action on later turns to move the cylinder and yourself up to 60 feet. You may not take the Attack action while this effect persists.
When the cylinder appears, choose one of the following aspects:
Angel of Vengeance
Each creature of your choice within the light must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 2d10 radiant damage, and if it is shape-shifted (such as by Polymorph), it reverts to its true form and cannot shape-shift again until it leaves the cylinder.
On a successful save, the creature takes half damage only.
A creature makes this saving throw again whenever the cylinder moves into its space, when it enters the area, or when it ends its turn there (once per turn).
Angel of Mercy
Each creature of your choice within the cylinder regains 2d10 hit points. If the creature is shape-shifted or petrified, it reverts to its true form and cannot shape-shift again until it leaves the cylinder.
Proficiency with a Pike allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
