Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement)
With this amulet you can cast the spell animate dead at 3rd level using 1 of it’s charges, charges can be gained by the wearer of the amulet killing a humanoid within 5 ft of them. The amulet can hold up to 4 charges and when found has 1d4 charges in it.
Cursed. While attuned to this amulet, the bearer can’t part with it willingly, and not wearing it brings pain. When taking a long rest, the souls trapped inside the amulet invade the dreams of a random creature within 20 feet, the affected must make a Charisma saving throw DC 15 or their dreams are nothing but horrors, and they only gain the benefits of a short rest, if they fail the save by 5 or more, they get no rest.
