Arrow of Healing

The user makes a ranged attack roll against the target. If the target is a willing creature, the user gains Advantage. The user may also perform a melee attack (dexterity) to stab themselves or another target, but the healing is reduced to 1d10. The arrow does not deal damage. If the arrow is shot via a ranged attack, the target heals for 2d10 health.
