Alfie's Dirty Undershirt

Upon first glance, the undershirt is pristine white.  When attuned and worn by a creature not dead/undead, the following attributes apply.  The it will magically adjust to any body type.  It will also confer a +2 AC to the wearer with an increase to movement of +5 ft.  However, once worn, the shirts true color comes through.  The pits are stained yellow and it has an odour.  Due to the odour, the wearer has a -2 CHA and roles at a disadvantage for first impressions.  The undershirt cannot be cleaned magically without destroying the item.
