Amulet of Shadows

A delicate amulet of obsidian with indentations in the middle

When activated, a cloak of writhing shadows forms from the centre of the amulet, While activated in dim light or darkness, Wisdom (Perception) checks made to see you have disadvantage, and you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide, as the shadows cover you. 

Additionally the cloak provides 30ft of darkvision and resistance to radiant damage

After 2 hours in dim or bright light, or taking 50 radiant damage, the shadows disappate

The amulet can only be activated twice a day. Activating the amulet requires an action, re-activating it causes the shadows to disappate back into the amulet
