If you are bloodied (half health or lower) you can open this bag and summon an air elemental with 20 HP and all attacks deal half damage then normal 5 ft away. the bag has one charge, to reset the charge you have to close the bag (strength check DC 15 if someone else helps, roll with advantage if you fail take 5 force damage and if someone helps you they take 3 force damage) if you can close it then the air elemental goes away and at the end of combat it resets if not the air elemental stays with the same HP it ends combat with. (This HP can't be healed)
his item was based off of Epic: The Musical, The Ocean Saga, the song is "Keep Your Friends Close" where the mane character gets a bag that has the storms wind trapped inside, and if they open it it launches the wind out.
