Wondrous Item, uncommon to legendary (requires attunement depending on rarity)
This obsidian amulet bears the symbol of Ircrom, the Chained Jailer — a forgotten god of death, order, and undeath’s final seal. Those who wear it draw strength from death itself, and in turn, strike fear into the legions that defy it.
Uncommon (No Attunement Required)
Servant of Death. You gain a +1 bonus to death saving throws.
Rare (Requires Attunement)
Servant of Death. Your bonus to death saving throws increases to +2.
Hunt the Undead. You have advantage on attack rolls against undead creatures.
Fear of the Jailer. Undead within 30 feet of you have disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws. You have advantage on Intimidation checks made against undead.
Very Rare (Requires Attunement)
Servant of Death. Your bonus to death saving throws increases to +3 and you start with one success.
Legendary (Requires Attunement by a Death Domain Cleric who Worships Ircrom)
Servant of Death. In addition to the +3 bonus to death saving throws and one success, you can spend one Hit Die to automatically succeed on a death saving throw. You can use this feature 3 times per long rest. You may declare this use even while unconscious.
Call of Ircrom. You may cast Power Word Kill once every 48 hours. This casting does not consume a spell slot or require material components. You must be a Death Domain Cleric attuned to the amulet and a devout follower of Ircrom to use this feature.
Notes: Offer a kill of an undead creature.
