This dagger contains the essence of a long dead butcher who was a master of the craft and had an interest in a rather specific type of meat.
Odd Preference. This magic dagger grants a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it when targeting a humanoid.
Dressed and Ready. If you kill a creature using this dagger and its corpse remains afterward, its corpse is subject to the following effects:
- it gains the effects of the gentle repose spell
- it is purified and rendered free of poison and disease
- its component parts, including its bones, skin, muscles, and other organs, are all magically separated to the highest possible degree (i.e. as if a creature made a skill check resulting in a 30)
Eating Local. If you have consumed the flesh of your own species within the last hour, you can use a d8 as the damage die of this dagger, rather than a d4.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Piercing, Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick
