Armband Shield

This shield is the size of a medium creatures arm and is equipped onto the arm; when the shield is worn it provides a +1 total to the wearers AC.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
