This bizarre contraption is a blend of enchanted brass, crystal diodes, and humming aetheric coils. A leftover prototype from an earlier era of magi-tech experimentation, the Arcane Tech Mishipulator 3000 was designed to counter and destabilize arcane cybernetics, which are the hallmark augmentations of the Encantai Order. When activated, its coils emit disruptive resonance waves that scramble artificial spell-circuits and force arcane augmentations to misfire.
Properties
Disruptive Pulse (3/Day). As an action, you can unleash a wave of crackling arcane interference in a 30-foot cone. Any creature in the cone with magical augmentations, artificial grafts, or items currently attuned must succeed on a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or have those features disrupted for 1 minute. While disrupted:
They cannot benefit from magical augmentations or grafts.
Concentration checks made to maintain spells are made with disadvantage.
Cybernetic enhancements may glitch (the DM can apply narrative or mechanical drawbacks, such as false pain signals, involuntary spasms, or random sparks of magic).
Short-Circuit Lockdown. If the Mishipulator is used as a reaction when a creature within 60 feet activates a magic item or ability derived from arcane cybernetics, you can force them to make a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, the activation fizzles, wasting the action, spell slot, or charge.
Arcane Scrambler. The Mishipulator counts as a spellcasting focus. While attuned, once per long rest you can reroll a failed saving throw against being charmed, paralyzed, or stunned.
