Ancient Wild Ring

The ring is old looking, the gold shine faded, but the black stone on it still shines with an odd red hue. Once touched by the players that person will hear a voice in there head urging them to put the ring on.

On any Skill check if the player rolls lower than a base 10 (reads 10 or less on the dice) then a random effect from the wild magic table.
