Provides the wearer with the ability to Teleport themselves and any two willing creatures they can touch to a single Fixed location they have memorised for this purpose from any distance and any Plane of Existence. The Amulet will only work once and be useless thereafter.
Activates on a Bonus Action and uses a Full Action to teleport. Can only Teleport to a single fixed location.
Requires Concentration and the user is completely unaware of their surroundings while concentrating. Incantations ("Spirit & Body Fly Away Home” in Old Empire Westron).
Plus: 1 Fixed Location memorised by making an INT Save vs. DC12 while remaining within the location for at least 30 Minutes to memorise every detail of the location.
