When you drink a drop of this potion, it :

• Temporarily removes 1 Exhaustion level you have for 36hrs and
• Allows you to move and act for those 36hrs without adding another Exhaustion level

Any rest taken while the potion is active is less effective:

• Taking a Short Rest only regains half as many HP as would have been regained otherwise,
• Taking a Long Rest results in expending Hit Dice to regain HP, as per the standard Short Rest rules 

*Any Exhaustion level that would have accumulated during the time the potion was in effect will be added at the end of those 36hrs.
