Handsfree Text. Whilst attuned to this item, you can speak a command word and the quill will write down whatever you dictate to it.
Messenger of the Gods. Once per day, while you touch the quill, you can cast Sending as a written message of up to 25 words.
Bloodwell. You sacrifice some of your own blood to heal another creature's injuries. As a bonus action, you pierce your skin and draw blood for 2d4+2 magical piercing damage. As an action, you can restore hit points equal to twice the damage taken to another creature of your choice that you can touch. Blood can remain in the quill for up to one day, becoming useless at dawn.
