Aethernexus: Forged at the dawn of the multiverse by a unknown beyond powerful being to keep the planes aligned, the Aethernexus was eventually lost to time. Every few eons, it falls into mortal hands, and every time, reality warps around its bearer until worlds end or begin anew. A crystalline sphere the size of a heart, constantly shifting between molten gold, starlight, and collapsing void. When held, galaxies swirl within, and faint whispers of forgotten gods echo from its core.
