Amulet of The Dead

The amulet allows the wearer to cast the spell Speak with Dead.

On every question asked the wearer needs to roll a higher Charisma DC Saving throw (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) the dead will answer the question either way but on a failed save the wearer gains an exhastion level
