Weapon (longbow or shortbow), rare (requires attunement)

Weapon Bonus. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Spider’s Web (1/Day).
Once per long rest, you can fire an arrow infused with enchanted spider silk. When it hits a point on the ground or a creature, the arrow bursts and anchors itself, creating a sticky webbing in a 20-foot cube centered on the point of impact.

  • This functions as the Web spell (save DC 13 or your spell save DC, whichever is higher).

  • The webbing lasts for 1 hour, or until burned or destroyed.

Spider Fang Poison (3/Day).
As a bonus action, you can coat a single arrow with venom drawn from the bow’s embedded spider fang.

  • The next attack you make with that arrow before the end of your turn delivers the poison.

  • If the attack misses, the venom is wasted.

  • On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 poison damage and be poisoned until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and is not poisoned.

  • You can use this feature 3 times per long rest.

Spider’s Step.
While attuned to the Arachnoweave Bow, you gain advantage on checks to avoid or escape webs, and you ignore movement restrictions caused by webs (magical or nonmagical).

The Arachnoweave Bow is a sleek yet unnerving weapon, its shaft crafted from hardened spider carapace polished to a faint iridescent sheen. Its bowstring is made from magically treated spider silk, unnaturally smooth and resilient. A single, curved spider fang is set near the arrow rest, faintly glistening with venom.

This unique bow was commissioned by a traveling adventurer after a harrowing skirmish with a nest of giant spiders. The recovered components — silk, carapace, and fang — were delivered to the Master Weaponsmith of Wolfs-Rise, a respected artisan known for combining traditional craftsmanship with exotic materials. The result was a weapon that mirrors the cunning and lethality of the spiders themselves: patient, precise, and deadly when struck.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Bonus: Ranged Weapon Attacks, Damage: Longbow, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
