These handcuffs are magically created by Werebeasts, which are also members of the Dimensional Alcatraz Prison Police Department, in order for them to arrest evil creatures. you can make these handcuffs magically adjust to fit a creature of tiny size to gargantuan size. In addition to serving as mundane handcuffs, the handcuffs prevent a creature bound by them from taking an attack action, using a spell, running away, or using any method of extradimensional movement, including teleportation or travel to a different plane of existence. They also prevent a creature from passing through an interdimensional portal. once a creature is put in these handcuffs, you can have that creature teleported to the holding cells of your D.A.P.P.D. Airship or to Dimensional Prison Alcatraz where that creature is judged and then that creature possibly becomes a prisoner in Dimensional Alcatraz Prison or is executed. these handcuffs are used by you to arrest evil creatures like demons. these handcuffs cannot be used on you. when a creature is put in the handcuffs it is magically incapacitated but with the ability to talk to you. also, the creature in these handcuffs cannot cause you to have a condition or make you believe anything or even intimidate you while it is talking to you. you can make an infinite amount of the handcuffs because you are a werebeast when you have these handcuffs. no other creature but a werebeast can acquire and use these handcuffs. a creature cannot escape these handcuffs when it is put in them and only a werebeast can free a creature from this type of handcuffs.
