Amulet of the drained

The amulet of drainage will deal 1d? Absolute damage of the players hitpoint dye and will increase the die amount per 2 levels like 2d? 3d? Ect.

The amulet will do the absolute damage every round, however it will not take your hp lower than 1.

For every 10 hp missing this amulet will increase the players strength by 5, their strength bonus by 2, and will give a bonus of 5 to the players next saving throw of any kind.
