Wondrous Item, common
These magic armbands appear to be made of neoprene and are about three inches wide. They can be strapped to a creature using buckles.
When a creature weighing 300 lbs or less goes at least 10ft below the surface of any liquid, the armbands inflate and the creature is pulled up to the surface where they float. These armbands prevent drowning in all but the roughest of waters, but their bulkiness will reduce your swim speed by half.
