Potion, rare

This potion has four ingredients: some cat fur, three of any mushroom, a poison, and finally, a drop of your blood. Of course, these ingredients don't just mix, as they need to be crafted by a druid 3 levels or higher. When this poison is touched or consumed, the person or creature will take 1d20 poison damage and be charmed for 1 round. Pre-made versions of this poison exist, scattered around the multiverse, but with no blood drops.

every round where the player does not make a successful Wisdom (Perception) check, (with disadvantage) they are once again charmed for a round and take 1d20 poison damage. after 1d4 days of being poisoned, they will vomit the concoction out.

Whoever added the drop of blood to the potion is in control of what they are charmed to do. if they are not within talking distance, then they are charmed by the nearest person available. while charmed, the person who was given the Poisson experiences extreme hallucinations, coupled with headaches.
