Weight of the arrow will half effective and maximum range of the bow it is fired from.
Arrow is fired at any surface or object: Aim is unimportant as long as the arrow hits within 10 feet of target. When arrow strikes surface, the tube containing the Portable Hole is forced into the Bag of Holding, and the device itself destructs as it opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature or object within a 10-foot-radius Sphere centered on the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way and can’t be reopened.
This arrow is considered extremely dangerous, and its production, sale, or use is extremely prohibited under strict laws and punishments across the multiverse.
