Aegir’s Ward of Aegis

A smooth, fist-sized stone etched with dwarven runes of protection. When worn or held close to the chest, the stone floats just above the bearer’s heart, emanating a faint hum of solidity. Created by the earth primordial Aegir, it embodies patience, endurance, and immovable will.

Properties

• While attuned, you gain a +2 bonus to AC.
• However, your speed is halved (minimum 10 feet) as the earth’s weight settles upon your limbs.

• You cannot benefit from spells or effects that increase movement speed (such as Haste or Longstrider ) while attuned.
