Amulet of Stardust

Gifting sleep if a task only a select few can achieve and with this ring the wearer becomes one of them. While attuned to the amulet you gain the ability to cast the sleep spell three times before a long rest, using all Three will lead to the amulet no longer working and attempting to cast sleep through the amulet after a third time will result in potentially breaking the item completely.
