If a creature that is not a dwarf consumes this item more than 3 times, they must succeed a DC 15 CON save or become addicted to this item. In the event of addiction, a creature must pass 10 daily CON saves (DC15) without consuming the item to remove the addiction. If a creature who has previously become addicted and has successfully removed the addiction eats this item, they have disadvantage on CON saving throws to avoid addiction upon consumption.
