Amulet of Izida

If the wearer drops to 0 HP or below for any reason, after the attack/action is resolved the amulet triggers the False Life spell targeting the wearer. The wearer gains 1 HP plus  temporary hit points (1D4+4) and is no longer unconscious. This can only happen once per long rest
