Autoloading Crossbow, Hand, +1

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.  The holder of this magical hand crossbow can mark up to 20 pieces of Hand Crossbow ammunition they can see within 5' as a bonus action by pointing the weapon towards the ammunition and speaking the command word "clip".  Once the ammunition has been marked it stays that way until it moves more than 10' away from the hand crossbow.  There can never be more than 20 pieces of ammunition marked at any time.  Every time the hand crossbow is shot a rod automatically springs out to quickly slide the bow string back and ready the crossbow to fire ("primed") then instantly one of the marked ammunition pieces (if any) teleports into firing position on the weapon.  The ammunition loaded is loaded in order of the marked items being selected. If there is no marked ammunition the crossbow can be loaded by the wielder as normal and the weapon still primes automatically after it is fired.

Marked ammunition loads so quickly on the hand crossbow that the wielder can make reaction attacks that could normally only be made with melee weapons.

This weapon does not have the loading property of crossbows whether or not it has any marked ammunition.

Proficiency with a Hand Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
