Wondrous Item, very rare
The Amulet has the power to map whatever realm the holder is in. When charged it can summon either a huge shapeshifting blob, an intangible demon centaur, a huge troll with magic claws that can turn victims to stone, a terrifying werewolf with invisibility powers (these only work under the full moon), a lethal Chinese lung dragon with ice breath and multiple shadows or a huge displacer beast-like panther with the power to bend victims to it's will just by scratching them. They takes their turn immediately after yours.
