Angelic Wings

This item allows its user to take a bonus action to sprout a pair of wings on their back. The wings last until the user ends the effect or is knocked unconscious or incapacitated. The wings give you a Fly Speed equal to your walking speed but only allow 5 feet of vertical distance from the ground. If the user is propelled further up, they will descend at a rate of 10 feet per turn vertically while being able to move 20 feet horizontally. If the user is aloft when the wings disappear, they fall.
