The Helm of Zylon cannot be removed after attuned, the wearer can retract the helm into the collar around the wearers neck. Zylon whispers in your ear from time to time.

You gain the following benefits while wearing the helm.

Festering Mind (1/Day):  While wearing this helmet the user gains the ability to add 2D6 psychic DMG to a melee attack If the target fails a DC 14 Int save and half on a success.

 Zylon's Gift: Once attuned the wearer gains the following attributes, first is True Sight, the second is the ability Titanic Fortitude(1/Day),as a Reaction the wearer gains a +5 to their AC for one round.
