Potion, very rare
This potion is made from the venom of a false hydra. Upon consuming it, one is forgotten. The effects last for roughly an hour. If someone remembers the person who has consumed the potion, then the effect is negated prematurely. For this to trigger, an individual needs to be reminded of the person who consumed the potion in some fashion, whether that is through a smell or an item, etc. The individual will need to succeed on a DC15 WIS saving throw to remember one who has consumed the potion.
