Amulet Of The Fey

This is an amulet with a magical, light-green color. It was left behind in a forest on a mushroom by an archfey and contains a fragment of fey magic. It prevents the wearer that is attuned to it from being put to sleep through magical means as well as having advantage on deception checks and advantage against being charmed. Additionally you can cast the spell Charm Person once per long rest. This artifact can also be used as an arcane focus. If done, when spells are cast magical spectral undetailed vines eminate from the amulet as it glows.
