Angelic Wings Tattoo of the Wanna Be Human

Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo evokes fury in its form and colors.

Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.

The attunement to the tattoo ends one year after un reversed death, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears at the location where it was applied.

This item is. a work around for a human character to become Aasier without loss of the extra Feat and Skill gained from being human  Remake your character with Aasimar as your race and this item will maintain the feat and skill from being effectively lost

Aasimar Soul. The tattoo provides the following effects constantly 

• Celestial Resistance. Resistance to Radiant and Necrotic damage
• Darkvision.  range of 60ft
• Light Bearer.  Know the Light Cantrip
• Healing Hands.  As a Magic Action heal a creature d4s equal to your Proficiency Bonus. This ay be done once per rest (Long or Short)
• Celestial Revelation.  (Must be 3rd level or higher, May be used once per Long Rest rest) As a Bonus Action transform into an Angelic Creature with the following effects for ten rounds or unless you end it before. hen:
• Fly ability equal to current speed
• Add radiant damage each round to one attack. Amount added is equal to your Proficiency Bonus
• Inner Radiance, searing lights radiates from the mouth and eyes, Shed bright light in a 10ft radiuses and dim light in a 20 ft radiuses, Chosen creatures within 10ft take radiant damage equal to your Proficiency Bonus
