Your Constitution score is 18 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 18 or higher without it.

This amulet has 4 charges that regenerate 1d4 at the beginning of each day. 
When you cast a healing spell targeting anyone other than yourself while wearing this amulet, as a bonus action you may expend a charge, if you do you may cast that same spell a second time without expending a spell slot targeting anyone but yourself, however you lose health equal to the amount of health healed from the additional spell cast this way,
