Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a a Creature that has Killed a Kraken)
An Ivory Amulet, engraved with Opal dust that makes it shimmer like its wet even though it is dry to the touch. It is always cold to the touch like you are within the depths of the Ocean.
Whenever used as an action, you can expend a charge to attempt to Charm a creature within range. On a failure, they gain a positive outlook towards you, and gain advantage on Strength based Attack Rolls for the next 20 seconds (4 actions); with it being unable to be used on two creatures at once, and cannot be used on the same creature until that creature has taken a long rest. All charges are regained at dawn.
