This suit of armor is created from an Ankheg's chitin, reworked to make armor that rivals metal armor, through the sturdiness of it's carapace.
When a creature hits you with a melee attack, you can let the armor react. The attacker takes 1d4 acid damage. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. In addition, this armor does not impose disadvantage on your Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
Notes: Damage: Acid, Stealth Disadvantage
