Arrow of Auril

Blessed by Auril this arrow/bolt is never shot but called upon for its icy powers.

Add ice knife to your spell list, if any, it is always prepared and doesn't count toward number of spells you prepare.

1/day when you take the attack action, with one of your attacks, with any type of bow, make a ranged spell attack or a ranged melee attack,  the target is subject to the effects of an ice knife spell but it's not a spell, it's an effect. The spell dc is based on your dexterity score. The spell level is equal to 1/2 your PB rounded up +1.

gain proficiency in nature and survival only in polar climates/creatures.

At level 11 you have resistance to cold.

Notes: Proficiency: Nature, Proficiency: Survival
