While attuned to this item, you may take a Utilize or Magic Action to Speak the following command words and activate the powers of this relic.
Attend: You may cast a Command Spell without expending a spell slot upon any Lycanthrope that you can see and force the Lycanthrope to pause and listen to you. The Lycanthrope is not allowed a Saveing Throw and must attend to what you have to say unless the Lycanthrope takes damage. You must complete a Short Rest or Long Rest before using this feature again.
Command: You may cast a Command Spell without expending a spell slot upon any Creature. Lycanthropes are not allowed a saving throw and must obey your One-Word command unless that command would harm the lycanthrope or the lycanthrope takes damage during the round. You may not use this feaure again until you complete a Short Rest or a Long Rest.
Serve: You may cast Geas on a lycantrope without expending a spell slot. The Lycanthrope may roll a DC 15 Wisdom Saving Throw to resist the Geas. On a failed save, the Lycanthrope becomes your unwilling, ungrateful and vindictive servant for the duration of the spell. You may not use this feature again until the next full moon.
