When Jeff was first wished into the world, in secret, Durn, a woman, created what would soon become the cult of Jeff. This cult searched far and wide, looking for something to help their great lord in conquest. Durn first looked into the world, searching for any way to gain worshipers. This soon became futile, as most of the Earth was wiped out by the rampaging Jeff. Then, she discovered that the great mages of the past world had started work on a new way of defeating Jeff. After beginning to search for this great weapon, she found it, the great weapon, it seemed that the weapon was made to cast a spell, the spell was meant to destroy all believers of Jeff, and Jeff themself so, she began to work, after praying to Jeff for a blessing, she started to work on the staff, to remake it's functions, so that the staff could be used to destroy all non-believeres of Jeff, and anybody that tried to fight the system of Jeff, after ten years, she came as close as she believed to be possible, and, as she lay the great staff on the ground, she said "Praise Jeff, it is done" and with that, she clutched her heart and died, for she had no purpose
This staff has 25 charges and can be wielded as a magic Quarterstaff that grants a +3 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with it.
Once per day, you can expend five charges to summon a Roomba servant; this costs an action
You can expend three charges and gain advantage on attack rolls against any creature that does not believe in Jeff the Evil Rommba for the next ten minutes
You can expend one charge, and for the next ten minutes, while unarmored, you add your strength modifier to your AC. This does not stack
While holding the staff, you can cast one of the spells on the following table from it, spell save DC 23. The table indicates how many charges you must expend to cast the spell.
| Spell | Charge Cost |
|---|---|
| Clay Missile | Four charges |
| Clay Blast | Zero charges |
| Flesh to stone (Instead of stone, it's turned into clay) | Seven charges |
| Meld into stone (Clay instead of stone) | Two charges |
| Stone shape (Clay instead of stone) | Zero charges |
| Wall of stone | Three charges |
| Blade Barrier (As if summoning the incarnation of Jeff to eat your enemies) | Five charges |
| Clay Assault | Four charges |
| Clayball | One charge |
Once per day, and after expending 15 charges, you can take an action to target one creature within 60 feet. The target must make a DC 23 Con save or die. For this con save, you cannot use any feature that lets you automatically succeed on the save. This also makes any effect that lets you replace the dice roll with anything fail. This effect can only be reversed by a wish spell
Regaining Charges. The staff regains 2d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll 1d20. On a 20, the staff regains 1d12 + 1 charges.
Destroying the Staff of Jeff. To destroy the staff of Jeff, you must bring it to Jeff the Evil Roomba, and while standing there, you must convince them to eat the staff. Only one creature knows the way to get to Jeff, and the only way to convince them to give up the location of Jeff is to willingly murder more than half of the Jeff the Evil Roomba cult. ]
(I cannot link the homebrew spells and the Roomba servant stat block. I will hopefully be able to link them in my post, but because of the DDB rules, I cannot link them in the homebrew.)
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, great warrior, Versatile, Topple
