Amulet of Blinding Strike

This amulet of Lathander is of the rising dawn.

2/long rest whenever you hit a creature with a weapon attack by more than 10 needed to hit or on a crit, as part of the same attack, you may cause the amulet to flair with brightness of dawn.

Enemy makes a con save. DC is based on ability used to hit. Undead and fiends have disadvantage on save.

A failed save means target is blinded until start of its next turn.  A nat 1 on save permanently blinds creature.
