This amulet comes in the shapes of a question mark, typically in dull or dark colors. While a creature wears this amulet, they are filled with cynical hopelessness, questioning the meaning of life and their own existence. They have disadvantage on wisdom saving throws, and can be readily persuaded to give up on life (DC10 charisma persuasion check).
