Weapon (dagger), rare (requires attunement by a you feel a cold string of wire envelope your dominate arm.)

This dagger looks like a functioning dagger, but has a loop at the end big enough for one finger. when this loop is pulled the dagger functions as a throwing knife. must succeed on a DC 10 Strength check to pull it back. may use a bonus action to attempt to restrain a target with a contested roll. the wire connecting the dagger hilt and the loop functions as a Garrote wire. when you sneak up on a target and meet there AC with an attack, you may choose to Garrote them.  they take full damage as they would a regular dagger attack, and as a bonus action you can choke them. while in this choke the target cannot speak, or breathe. the target must use their turn to escape or take 1d6 damage every round you hold them in the Garrote.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
