Once per turn you can expend two charges of this weapon as a reaction if an ally in battle has failed 3 death saving throws.if you do they succeed the last death save they made.

or you can expend 3 charges to wipe their death saves fail count and bring them back on 1+your charisma modifier.

Destiny reshape.

once per turn as an action you can expend 4 charges of this weapon,a blinding flash of radiant light explodes around you in a 50 foot circle.all allies in that circle regain 1d4+your charisma modifier.and all attack/saving throw rolls are made with advantage for the next 2 turns.and all enemies take 1d4+your charisma modifier worth of radiant damage,and all attack/saving throw rolls they make are imposed with disadvantage for the next 2 turns.but you gain the lethargy status effect for those next 2 turns.

Proficiency with a Scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
