Weapon (warhammer), artifact (requires attunement by a Granting a person wish)

A path to a wish

Stage one “to fulfill your own wish, you must fulfill others wishes.”

This hammer is a massive one, bigger than the wielder even. It's filled with a liquid that looks like molten amber flowing inside but surprisingly, it doesn't weigh as much to the wielder as it seems it would. At the end of the hammers handle a massive chain is connected to it, and when you grab the hammer you have an urge to grant others' wishes.

Abilities from the “wish granter”

Passive:

The “wish granter” will give you extra strength in order to fulfill wishes better. Gain plus 2 to charisma and wisdom. Gain plus 1 to strength and dexterity. Gain 2 first level spell slots and 1 second level spell slot. When healing someone for a wish it does double healing (does not include combat but does include curing someone of an illness.)

Selflessness: expend 2 charges to sacrifice your own hp to heal someone else for the amount you sacrificed to the “wish granter”

Curse

This is a curse which draws you towards the path of self sacrifice. You start wanting to help others with their goals even if your own health is at risk. Every time you fulfill someone's wish, gain plus 5 to sanity but you lose 2 max hp temporarily until your next long rest. It's as if the burden of their wish had moved onto you when you granted it.
