A leather-and-brass harness fitted with articulated guide rings, tension pulleys, and pressure valves. When worn by a slime-bodied creature, the harness channels portions of its mass through the rings, shaping it into hardened, whip-like tendrils.
The weapon is not separate—the slime’s own body forms the lash.
The wearer can use these tendrils to grab creatures and bring them closer, making them easier to devour. Roll an opposed strength check against the creature you are trying to pull. If the creature rolls higher, they are not pulled closer and remain where they are. If the creature rolls lower, they are pulled 5 feet closer to wearer.
These whip-like tendrils can be used to attack at a range as well. The wearer can attack from 10 feet away with their tendrils. Attacks made with the tendrils made by the harness are treated as unarmed attacks
