Arcane One Wheeler

An Arcane One Wheeler is a self-balancing arcane powered board with a single, large wheel in the centre, controlled by leaning, similar to sledding or surfing. Riders use body weight to steer, accelerate (lean forward), and brake (lean back). It counts as a vehicle and mount.

The Arcane One Wheeler functions like a balance board until you stand on it and take an action to make it move beneath you, at which time it can be ridden. It has a Speed of 50 feet. It can carry up to 400 pounds, but its Speed becomes 30 feet while carrying over 200 pounds.

As a Bonus Action you can also take the Dash Action while riding the Arcane One Wheeler.

Notes: Set: Innate Speed (Walking), Speed Reduction: Impose, person who spends one hour practicing on this machine.
